Welcome to the Oliver restaurant: a hidden gem that holds the treasures of Mediterranean cuisine with its aromas of herbs and citrus fruits, and the fruity, slightly tangy scent of freshly pressed olive oil. The atmosphere has the relaxed and joyful feel of a pergola overlooking green olive groves, with linen curtains gently blowing in the wind, laughter among friends, and a fusion of Mediterranean dishes, flavors and daydreams.
Bubbles
An evening in Veneto can’t start or end without an excellent drink. Bubbles bar offers a range of local and international spirits, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixed in old-school American style. There is no shortage of local and Italian wines, which come directly from our Wine Room.
White Cafè
The White Café, overlooking the sundeck and swimming pool and surrounded by the green of Golf Club Vicenza, offers an extensive menu of drinks, including wines, beers, colorful cocktails and delicious snacks. In the summer, you can enjoy romantic sunsets from the terrace and poolside gazebos, while in winter, warmed by heaters, you can relax with a warming glass of rum.
