The GHV gym is dedicated to fitness and offers Technogym equipment able to meet the needs of all guests who want to keep up their active and healthy lifestyles during their stay.
Treadmills, elliptical machines and reclining exercise bicycles are available to cardio enthusiasts. A stepper is available for work aimed at the lower muscles, while there is a multipurpose machine and dumbbells of different weights to exercise the upper muscles.
Those who want a complete workout will find a rowing machine that, by involving both the upper and lower parts of the body, provides effective and stimulating cardiovascular exercise.
The gym also has a Yoga Room for yoga and pilates sessions and a space outside for outdoor workouts.
